Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period and you won't be charged for subsequent periods.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor. All payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our Merchant of Record (MoR), which handles billing and tax compliance on our behalf.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Refunds are not available for used credits or after 30 days from purchase. Contact refunds@logoai.tech to request a refund.
What file formats can I export?
The Free plan exports PNG and JPG. Pro and Team plans add SVG, EPS, and AI vector formats, which can be scaled to any size without losing quality.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes — yearly billing saves 20%. Pro is $182.40 per year (instead of $228) and Team is $470.40 per year (instead of $588).
What happens to my logos if I downgrade?
You keep access to all logos you've created. However, you won't be able to create new orders beyond your plan's monthly limit — the Free plan allows 5 orders per month.
Is my data secure?
Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never store payment card details—all payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-compliant Merchant of Record.
